Glass

GERMANY – BERLIN

Tempering and cooling fans for the glass curving process in the automotive industry. The fans are installed in series to achieve pressures higher than 5,000 mmwg and are provided with butterfly valves, optimal for a discontinuous process.

RUSSIA – SISECAN

Fans driven by 750 KW motors. They rotate at 3,500 rpm and can reach a pressure of 3,800 mmwg. The oil lubricated monoblock supports are equipped with auxiliary fans for air cooling.

MEXICO – MEXICO DF

Fans for the continuous glass tempering at 2 stages for the automotive sector. This combination allows the use of one or two fans for tempering glass of different sizes and thicknesses.

SPAIN – ASTURIAS

Tempering and cooling fans for glass curving process. The fans are installed in series to achieve very high pressures. The tempering process is in 2 stages. Designed and manufactured according to the CE directives for machine safety.

INDIA – CHENNAI

Fans whose shafts run on strong monoblock bearing supports. Supplied with frequency converters to adjust the speed and thus achieve, at any time, the optimum pressure for the proper glass tempering.

FRANCE – ANICHE

Tempering fans rotating at nearly 3,800 rpm with an impeller tip speed of 230 m/s. Single stage design, capable of generating the same pressure as with two fans in series. Installed inside an acoustic booth to minimize the noise impact.

ARGENTINA – RODEO DE LA CRUZ

Centrifugal fans for the glass industry. For the operation of the furnace, air supply fans and gas exhaust fans are used. The gases reach temperatures up to 500 °C.

CHINA – BEIJING

Fans equipped with valves of immediate opening (within 1 second) to accommodate to the tempering process. The cooling fans are driven by belts and pulleys for greater operational flexibility.
