SPAIN – CORDOBA

Exhaust fans for grey line furnace. Designed to work with abrasive powder and handle gases at 400 °C. The impeller construction was made with wear resistant bimetallic materials.

SPAIN – TOLEDO

Forced and induced draft fans for the raw material milling process. Their impellers are almost four meters in diameter and are made of abrasion resistant material with stiffeners of anti-wear material.

INDONESIA – YAKARTA

Double inlet fans installed for the clinker cooler dedusting process. Their design, with perimeter frame, facilitates their assembly while allowing thermal expansions in all directions.

SPAIN – VIZCAYA

High performance double inlet extraction fans installed behind an electro-filter. Their impellers are provided with airfoil blades to achieve an efficiency of over 90%.

SPAIN – BARCELONA

Fans for pre-filtered gas extraction. The flow control is performed through Inlet Guide Vanes. The transmission design, by pulleys and belts, allows great flexibility of use.

SPAIN – VALENCIA

Fans designed for drying the cement particles lodged into the grid of the mill. High performance silencers were placed at the suction to minimize the noise impact.

SPAIN – MALAGA

Fans for extraction of the clinker furnace gases. Designed for easy disassembly and immediate cleaning. The large amount of abrasive powder obliges to manufacture these fans special materials.

SPAIN – GUIPUZCOA

Single inlet fan designed for hot gases. Built with a common bedplate, is located 30 m high on a metal structure. The conveyed air, before being vented to the atmosphere, passes through an electro-filter to separate the solid particles.
