MOROCCO – SRAGHNA

Stainless steel fans for an ammonia production plant. The fan impellers have radial-tip blades to prevent corrosive dust concentrations on them. Hydraulic couplings are installed to decrease peak effects during start-up.

SAUDI ARABIA – JUBAIL

All the fans required for the granulator, cooler and dedusting processes. The air supply and exhaust gas fans for the combustion chamber and drying oven of this plant were also purveyed.

INDONESIA – GRESIK

Fans supplied for the urea production process during the fertilizer manufacture. Designed to operate at very high pressure with minimum wear. The flow rate is regulated by inlet dampers.

ALGERIA – ANNABA

Double inlet fans installed behind the main filters fitted for the plant gas cleaning system. The auxiliary fans required for extraction from different filters were also supplied.

EGYPT – EL CAIRO

Fans located at the end of a dust extraction system in a NPK manufacturing process. Radial blade impellers able to handle gases with high fertilizer dust concentration (3,000 mg/m3).

SPAIN – NAVARRA

Single inlet fan driven by pulleys and belts to increase the versatility of equipment by varying its speed. All our fans are manufactured in accordance with CE regulations for the design of industrial machinery.

CHILE – MEJILLONES

Fans for the extraction and cooling of gases leaving the combustion chamber in the manufacturing process of phosphates. Designed for very corrosive environments and high gas temperatures.

PHILIPPINES – ISABEL

High temperature fans installed in the first fertilizer plant built, 25 years ago, in the Philippines. Still as of today, our strong design allows these fans to work perfectly.
