Air pollution control

INDIA – SURAT

Double inlet fans, located behind a filter, for gas extraction in a steel plant. High efficiency impellers with airfoil type blades, to achieve lower electrical consumption.

SPAIN – CORUÑA

Fans for the wet purification of gases process. The high water concentration in the gas requires a special impeller design to prevent dust particles from adhering. The flow control is carried out by Inlet Guide Vanes.

SPAIN – ALAVA

Fans for the depuration of gases extracted from a foundry. Maximum volumes up to 800,000 m3/h per fan. Outlet silencer installed to minimize the noise diffused by the stack.

RUSSIA – PNTZ

Fans designed for gases coming from a steel plant. The motors driving each of the fans are 2.5 MW. The outlet silencers installed reduce the generated noise down to 78 dB (A).

RUSSIA – SEVERSKIY

Fans for the gas extraction, designed in accordance with the GOST standards and suitable for operation at low ambient temperatures, reaching - 40 °C. The flow control is performed by means of inlet dampers mounted at the fan inlets.

SPAIN – CANTABRIA

Single inlet fan, located just behind a bag filter, for the dust extraction from a foundry. Special design in CORTEN type plate to minimize the oxidation of the fans and ducts.

FRANCE – FLORANGE

Double inlet fans handling hot gases (250°C) previously filtered in an electro-filter. Designed for quick and simple disassembly and maintenance.

ROMANIA – BUCHAREST

Gas exhaust fans installed on a concrete base. The installation is prepared for the future addition of a third fan, should it be necessary to increase the volume of extracted gas.extraído.
