Single inlet, gas tight, fans designed to impulse HNX at high temperatures, up to 450 °C. The impellers can be axially removed for maintenance. Thermo-acoustic lagging to isolate the equipment.
CHINA – TAGAI
Fans for the supply of furnace combustion air for the manufacture of carbon steel. The exhaust fans are capable of conveying gases at temperatures up to 450 °C.
CHINA – TAIYUAN
Supply of all the fans needed for a stainless steel treatment furnace. Fans for air supply to the process, fans for the stainless steel drying and cooling and fans for extraction of gases generated are included.
FINLAND – HELSINKI
Double inlet fans made of stainless steel for the extraction of humid gases. The purge fans are provided with inlet filters to avoid the introduction of particles that can carry impurities to the material.
SOUTH KOREA – BUSAN
Fans equipped with special “Espey-Turbo” type shaft seals to achieve a maximum tightness degree. Designed to work in the different sections of a steel galvanizing oven.
CHINA – SHANGHAI
Fans supported at the height of the shaft to compensate for expansions caused by the high gas temperatures. All the materials in contact with these gases have a very high tensile strength to prevent warping.
CHINA – BEIJING
More than 50 gas-tight fans for the largest plant for flat steel manufacturing in China. All the fans have been subjected to high pressure tests to check the perfect sealing of the welded unions of their casings.
