Pulp and paper

COLOMBIA – BOGOTÁ

Fans with special impellers made of anti-wear material. The gases, with high dust content, make it necessary to build up their blades with a protective welding of Vautid type material.

ENGLAND – SHOTTON

Primary and secondary air, recirculation gas and induced draft fans, installed in the pulp generation boiler. This process requires a high pressure to maintain the boiler bed in suspension.

BRASIL – KLABIN

Primary and secondary air, gas recirculation and induced draft fans installed in the pulp generation boiler. Hydraulic couplings were installed to reduce electrical consumption during start-up of the equipment.

FRANCE – TARTAS

Single inlet forced draft fan and double inlet induced draft fan installed in a pulp generation boiler. The impellers are made of 904L stainless steel to prevent corrosion caused by the gases.

SPAIN – LUGO

Fans installed in the biomass section of a paper plant. Its mission is to use the scraps of paper for the plant energy self-sufficiency. Provided with thermal insulation to prevent gas heat at 500 °C from leaking to the atmosphere.

VIETNAM – RAYONG

Fans for the extraction of gases from a biomass boiler dedicated to power generation. The fans, of exceptional size, are anchored on concrete pedestals, so lowering the cost of transport.

THAILAND – DONGHWA

Fans installed in a biomass plant. Bearing housings cooled by independent axial fans. Supported at the shaft height to allow expansions caused by the temperature of the gases.

FRANCE – CHAPELLE

Fans installed in a pulp generation boiler. Control of flow and pressure is critical in the process and therefore valves driven by electric actuators are installed for the quick variation of the operation points.
