CLASSIFICATION AND PNEUMATIC TRANSPORT

Dynamic classifying equipment for fine and ultra-fine material separation processes where high cutting accuracy and transport at different distances are required. Suitable for maximum output particles size between 20 microns and 1 mm.

HIGH TURBULENCE MIXERS

Used with dry powders, granules and pastes when looking to get a perfect blend in a short time without particle breakage. A shaft having radial arms with plough shaped blades rotates at high speed for mixing.

CRUSHERS – BREAKER

They are suitable for grinding soft and not very strong materials. They are also used in pre-grinding, to reduce the energy costs of the mills. The low speed at which their rotating elements move facilitates virtually dust-free processes.

HAMMER MILLS

Suitable for grinding products of medium hardness that are not too abrasive and whose grain size at the outlet can exceed 1 mm. Its construction is designed to provide the equipment with the maximum possible strength.

ALVEOLAR ROTARY VALVES

Valves for dosing solid, powdery or granulated products. They are operated through couplings and their bearings are distant from the valve body to avoid contamination. Special executions on specification.

CENTRIFUGAL DUPLEX MILLS

They are characterized by a very robust and tested design that confers a very low maintenance cost and a number of breakdowns almost non-existent. They are recommended when seeking materials reduction to particle sizes greater than 500 [microns].

SPIRAL MIXERS

Suitable for mixing doughy, semi-liquid, powdery or granulated solid products when looking for a homogeneous mixing without causing breakage of particles. Two curved spirals move the material in opposing currents when turning.

MICRONIZING MILLS

They are used to pulverize all types of soft and semi-hard materials when fixed particle sizes, between 15 and 300 microns, are to be obtained. Along with the classifier, they constitute the heart of GRUBER micronizing installations.
