GRUBER HERMANOS crushers are indicated for milling processes involving non-hard, little tenacious materials. They are also used in pre-milling stages, in order to reduce expenses in a subsequent milling process.

The constructive characteristics of this equipment are founded on the simplicity of its construction and on an over-dimensioned shaft capable to support all the strain generated in the breaking process. This translates into a very long, maintenance free, working life for the crusher.

The rotors of our crusher-breakers are built with high grade wear-resistant steels and supported by bearing blocks placed away from the main body of the machine, thus remaining free of dust, increasing their useful life and reducing the maintenance costs.

When the crusher is equipped with a grid, a screwed lid is fitted to one side of the machine so that the interchange of grids is made simple and quick.
